The Ignite Church Planting Plan
Ignite's plan is to develop a multiplication system of church planting across Chicagoland. Every new church started by IGNITE will be a church-planting church by design. The DNA of every new church will contain the desire to plant daughter churches within a 3-8 year time frame.

IGNITE Church planting wants to care for the church planters God brings us. We will provide care through:
- Coaching system.
- Pre-launch training, including assessment, boot camps, etc.
- Post-launch training from birth through the new church’s first year of life.
- On going training for years 2 through 5.
