Are You a Church Planter?

Our Desire
The church planting experience is challenging. We are committed to caring for our church planters and families. This care takes the form of:

Funding:
We provide the salary for the church planter and help raise additional support.

Assessment: We try to put people into settings where they will succeed utilizing a variety of pre-assessment materials and an assessment center.

Coaching: We have quality coaches in our system that have launched and grown new churches in Chicagoland. These coaches maintain regular contact with the planter, helping through the new church process and beyond.

Mentoring: Our Director of Mentoring meets monthly with the church planters for encouragement, spiritual guidance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of situations in the new church.
