LANCE HURLEY
Executive Director

Lance Hurley began working with Ignite as a new church planter in Manteno, IL after graduating from Lincoln Christian College in 1981. He served as the pastor of the Christian Church of Manteno for 19 years and during this ministry, the church grew from 20 – 250. Since 2001, Ignite has started 26 new churches across Chicagoland. Lance has been married to his wife Darla for 43 years and they have 3 sons and four grandchildren. He enjoys hunting,
and spending time with family and friends.
ANDY HAMILTON
Assistant Executive Director

Andy Hamilton joined the Ignite team in January 2026. Following undergraduate work at Johnson University, he came to Ignite as a new church planter in 2003 to Bourbonnais, IL where he served as the pastor of Adventure Christian Church for 23 years. He loves church planting and holds a Master of Arts with an emphasis in New Church Leadership from Lincoln Christian University.
Andy has been married to his wife Elisha for 23 years and they have 2 sons: Mattias and Levi. Over these 23 years at Adventure, both Andy, Elisha, have been actively involved in supporting Ignite Church plants in various ways. They’ve also participated in church planter assessments and coaching church planters and their wives.
He enjoys being outdoors, deer hunting, watching football, and he loves connecting with people.
DONNA WEST
Treasurer

Donna West is our Treasurer. She was born and raised in the Chicago area and now resides with her husband in Frankfort, IL. She presently works full-time in an accounting firm. She enjoys traveling to see family. She volunteers at her local church on the Finance team and in the nursery and is also leading a ladies discipleship group.
DARLA HURLEY

Darla Hurley joins the team as the Administrative Assistant after 36 years in municipal government. She and Lance have been married for 43 years and have three sons, two daughter in-laws and four grandchildren. She is looking forward to meeting all the people Lance talks about.
