FACTS ABOUT CHICAGOLAND

The Chicagoland / Northwest Indiana region is home to 10 million people. Two-thirds of this population has no active relationship with Jesus and his church.
 

PARTNERING WITH IGNITE

We are looking for churches and individuals who want to be a part of changing the spiritual landscape of Chicagoland by starting new churches. Ignite Church Planting is committed to changing this reality by starting new churches across the region. We will do this in partnership with churches and individuals who share the same desire.
 

THE GOAL

$180,000 gathered to plant one church during this 3 year period.  
 

FUNDING THE CLUSTER MODEL

It takes 5 partners who commit to giving $1,000 per month for 3 years to fund a cluster. This commitment funds $180,000 over a 3 year period.  
 

A CLUSTER EXAMPLE

• Partner #1: Ignite gives $1,000 monthly over a 3 year period.

• Partner #2: A church gives $1,000 monthly for 3 years.

• Partner #3: Several smaller churches together give $1,000 monthly for 3 years.

• Partner #4: An individual gives $1,000 monthly for 3 years.

• Partner #5: A group of individuals give $1,000 monthly for 3 years. 
   

BENEFITS OF JOINING A CLUSTER

• Reaches more people for Jesus in Chicagoland.

• Shares the risk and responsibility of church planting among a network of partners desiring the same results.

• Creates opportunities for churches and individuals to participate in a “hands-on” way in the church planting process.

• Brings church planting culture and best practices into the local church.  
   

RESPONSIBILITIES OF CLUSTER PARTNERS

• Participation in the regular management team meetings for the new plant

• Assistance in determining where the church will be planted

• Participating in the church planting process

• Joining a prayer initiative for the new church

• Bringing scaffolding teams of people to help with the launch of the new church
